KID MARBLE

My very first and poorest attempt at designing
a "Kid Marble" on a computer app.  I've gotten better.
I plan to put him in a book one day.  Soon, I hope.

There's a kid inside you,
made of marbles with many colors
changing depending on the light,
or shadows that fall
upon palette of choices
for you to scribble, doodle
or seriously paint
into your world.

The kid is tough,
but mostly flexi-round,
male/female - both,
size - doesn't matter,
colors shrink or expand as needed.

It's important to listen to the kid's
language made of magic colors
always nagging, telling you,
reminding you
how marble-ous you are.

  3. Yes, Myrna --- we really have to embrace the kid that is inside each of us. It is a good thing, I think, that it nags at us as it does. Otherwise we might forget how "marble-ous" we are. Very clever approach, Myrna.....
