HEALING

Collage of family members being silly, smiling, laughing.

Use those muscles!
Repeat after me:
Ha. Ha.
He. He.
Ho.
Laughter yoga works.

Or,
watch mirror's funny faces,
dance goofy dances,
sing squeaky voices,
tell absurd jokes,
play children's games,

be the child
in you.

Remember?

  6. Love this. It does take practice, the letting go of it. And then with exercise, one's face might show it!

  8. There is nothing silly about smiling. Or laughter. We need a lot more of both of them.

  11. Laughter yoga has to be healthier than "hot yoga", which damn near croaked my sweet wife; but your message is clarion, & bang on; nice use of the prompt.
